This website is a guide in searching for information on products and services of BBS. BBS intends to offer through this website easy, quick and improved information on / about it.
Furthermore, this website gives you access to the selling of products online (e-Shop).

5. TERMS OF SALE - E-SHOP
5.1 Field of Application - These terms and conditions shall apply between BBS that provides products on its website and the Customer entering into an agreement with BBS for purchasing via the E-Shop products offered thereon.
The Convention enters into force from the time the order confirmation has been sent to the Customer by email to the address that he/she has provided to BBS. The Customer and BBS expressly agree that the agreement is properly trained in using electronic forms of communication.
5.2 Prices - All prices listed on the site are in Euro, VAT included.
When the Customer places an order, the price shall be that indicated when the order was placed.
5.3 Complaints and Liability - The Customer is required to verify the condition and accuracy of its order, upon receipt thereof. The complaints in general or those relating to non-compliance of the order or damage during transport, must otherwise be inadmissible, be addressed within 48 hours of receipt of goods at bbs.complain@skynet.be, describing the specific nature of complaints against products shipped.
Only products returned in their original packaging and within seven days after receipt by the Customer of the order will be taken back. Products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The shipping and transport risks are borne by the Client.
Even if the Customer has notified its complaint in a timely manner, the liability of BBS over a damaged product will be limited to the replacement with a similar product or refund the purchase price.
BBS will not be in any way liable for indirect consequences related to the unavailability of a product, further to a return of damaged product.
5.4 Right of return - If for any reason whatsoever, the Customer is not satisfied with the products which have been delivered, he/she has a period of 8 working days from the date of receipt of goods to return at its expense the products in question to BBS. If he/she keeps the products, this means that he/she agrees completely and irrevocably. The Customer may exercise its right of cancellation vis-à-vis the products listed in Article 80 § 4 of the Act of 14 July 1991 on trade practices and information and consumer protection. These products are those which by their nature or deteriorate rapidly obsolete.
If the Customer returns the goods he/she will be liable for notifying his/her intention to abandon the purchase by registered mail and he/she will be liable for the payment of returned products, plus postage and any costs of new packaging, if scrl BBS receives in return the products in a state of disrepair or in a package that is not the original packaging.
Upon exercise of this power of waiver, the Customer will return the goods by all means at his/her own peril and at his/her own expense. The scrl BBS has 30 days to pay without charge all monies paid.
BBS review within two weeks the proceeds received in return.
If goods are damaged, BBS scrl will charge the value of the product in question.
5.5 - Shipping & Delivery - Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. BBS trying to send them within 2 business days. The delivery time is given for information only and is not a deadline. BBS can provide further information about delivery times on its website or any other formal ways. These details remain indicative. Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum delivery time will be 20 days. If the deadline can not be met, BBS will notify the Customer. The latter has the right to terminate the agreement. The amounts already collected will be credited by BBS within a maximum of 30 days.
If a product ordered by the customer is out of stock, BBS will notify the Customer of the availability date. Any delay will be communicated to the Customer by email or by phone.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at order time.
The risk of loss or damage of goods covered by the agreement is charged to the Customer when the order was legally or effectively delivered and is in possession of the Customer or a third party designated by him.
In regard to deliveries abroad, other conditions may apply.
6. EXTERNAL LINKS
This website contains links to other websites that BBS has no control on the technical content. A link to such external web sites always involves opening a new window in your browser. BBS can offer no guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of content or as to the availability of these websites and therefore accepts no liability for any direct or indirect arising from use of these websites.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, images, video files and audio files posted on this website may be reproduced or disclosed to the public only after express written permission prior to BBS.
